New Feature - Yummy Feed
May 28, 2007Good Morning everyone. I apologize for the lack of recent updates. But for the summer I should have more time to update the website, and more often at that. To start of this grand (not really) age of Nurdes, I have added a delicious RSS feed to the right-hand sidebar of the page. It will be updated with interesting news stories ranging from comics to video games and even some just plain weird stories.
Check it out daily.

Merry Christmas
December 25, 2006I just wanted to wish everyone a very Merry Christmas today! I hope your holiday is full of good fun, good food and maybe a few good video games. Did you get any good presents this morning? Let us know what you got, and leave a comment!
Does anyone even come here?
November 27, 2006Quick question. Does anyone actually visit this website? I know we get page views, but I am wondering if anyone has this site bookmarked or just visits it occasionally. If you do, please leave a comment. Let us know what you think of the site.
Thanks.
Good Television - Lost
October 4, 2006
Tonight is a very special night. A special night indeed. A night I have been longing for all summer.
Tonight, at 9 p.m. Eastern Time, is the season premiere of one of the most addictive television dramas ever. Last June, ABC left us with one hell of a cliffhanger. A giant explosion, a traitor leaving the island (or so he thinks?), and 3 captives of a hostile group of Others.
For those of you who have never seen the show, I highly recommend that you pick up the first and second season on DVD.
The series is amazingly addictive, and is plentiful with mysteries and cliffhangers. The plot follows the survivors of Oceanic Flight 815 on a mysterious island somewhere in the South Pacific. With polar bears, smog-like monsters, a mysterious hatch, and The Others, you never quite know what will happen next.
Another wonderful aspect of the show is the way that you see what happened to the survivors before the fateful crash on the island. With each episode focusing on a different survivor’s backstory, you learn new things about each character while watching the story on the island unravel.
Lost is an amazing show, and if you haven’t seen it yet, you are definitley missing out on something great.
Good Music - Richard Cheese
September 27, 2006Alright, I am starting a new feature for the website called Good Music. This feature will introduce you to some obscure bands or musicians that I enjoy listening to, and recommend to anyone.

For the first installment, the featured musician is none other than the amazing Richard Cheese.
Richard Cheese and his band, Lounge Against the Machine perform lounge-style covers of popular Rock and Rap songs, adding humor to the songs on occasion.
Some popular songs that have been performed by Richard Cheese are Disturbed’s Down With The Sickness, System of a Down’s Chop Suey, Pink Floyd’s Another Brick in the Wall, and Led Zeppelin’s Stairway to Heaven.
